1. Standard Shipping (Smaller Vintage & Non-Furniture Items)

Processing Time: Standard parcel orders are carefully packaged and dispatched within 2–4 business days. You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your package is on its way.

Protective Packaging: Vintage pieces are irreplaceable, so we treat them with immense care. We use specialized, highly protective materials—and whenever possible, we use clean, eco-friendly or repurposed materials to stay true to our sustainable, upcycling mission.

Carrier Liability: Once a package is in the custody of the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for transit delays, lost parcels, or handling damage. However, we are happy to assist you with any necessary documentation should you need to file a carrier claim.
2. Furniture Policy: Local Pick-Up Only (Denver, CO)
Due to the scale, historical value, and fragile nature of our vintage furniture, all furniture pieces are strictly available for local pick-up only at our Denver, Colorado location (153 Kalamath St). We do not offer standard shipping, freight, or delivery for furniture items at this time.

Scheduling Your Pick-Up: Within 24 hours of your purchase, our team will contact you directly via email to coordinate a convenient date and pick-up window.

Pick-Up Timeline: We kindly request that all purchased furniture pieces be picked up within 7 to 10 calendar days. Because our showroom space is highly limited, items left beyond this window may incur holding fees unless prior arrangements are mutually agreed upon.

Loading & Transport: Please ensure you bring an appropriate vehicle (truck, van, or spacious SUV) as well as blankets, straps, or padding to secure your piece. Buyers are fully responsible for the lifting, loading, and safe transit of their items once they leave our facility.
